Who We Are
SMB Properties Ltd (“SMB Properties”, “we”, “us”) is a privately owned luxury property developer based in Kenya, dedicated to creating high‑end residential projects such as Le Mirage and other premium developments in Nairobi and Mombasa
Services
We offer residential property development projects, private viewing services, project deliveries, and related customer support. Detailed terms (prices, milestones, escrow arrangements, refunds) will be set out in client engagement agreements.
Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, respond promptly to communication and approval requests, and fulfil payment obligations. Delays or omissions by the client may result in rescheduling, cost adjustments, or delivery delays.
Intellectual Property
All content, graphics, brochures, designs, trademarks, and written materials on SMB’s platforms are owned by or licensed to SMB Properties. Client data and materials supplied to SMB remain the client’s property, with a license granted for use in service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total amount received for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses.
Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services or access for non‑payment, breach of terms, unlawful conduct, or fraudulent activity.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Kenyan law. Any disputes will be resolved through the courts of Kenya or alternative methods (e.g. arbitration) as agreed in the client contract.
